What to send for a freight quote
The details that get you an accurate rate the first time — from a Noblesville broker who would rather quote right than quote fast and wrong.

A vague quote request wastes everyone's time. You get a number that does not hold. We call back for details. The load sits. Here is what to send so we can quote accurately on the first pass.
Origin and destination
- Full pickup address (or city, state, and zip)
- Full delivery address (or city, state, and zip)
- Pickup and delivery dates — or the window you can work with
- Appointment requirements, if any
"Indianapolis to Chicago" is a start. "Noblesville, IN 46060 to Elk Grove Village, IL 60007, pickup Thursday AM" is better.
Freight details
- Product description (what is it, legally and practically)
- Weight and piece count
- Dimensions if the freight is oversized or awkward
- Packaging — pallets, crates, loose, etc.
- Value (helps determine insurance needs)
Equipment and service level
- Dry van, reefer, flatbed, or step-deck?
- Any special requirements — liftgate, team drivers, hazmat
- Is this a one-time move or a recurring lane?
For reefer and food

What happens next
We check market capacity on the lane, match equipment, and send a rate with transit expectations. If something is off — bad address, wrong equipment, unrealistic timing — we will tell you before you commit.
